Yesterday was Queens Day. I was planning on going to the city, but the weather was horrible. And I didn't feel like cycling in the rain, so I just stayed home. In the morning I watched New Moon, again Rest of the day was pretty boring, just did some reading, kept my grandmother in company and was on facebook, playing farmville. I'm really addicted to farmville. Do you have facebook? Add me!

When I was in London, I did some shopping. I've bought a I London sweater, some magazines, a key hanger, the New Moon DVD and a hair ribbon.

Last week I was in The City. London was great, it's really big and I love the underground. We should have something like that in the Netherlands too. My host family was almost perfect. There was only a woman, mrs. S, and she was very chatty. It was like she did nothing but talk all day long. The daughter wasn't home, so her room was available for J. R and me slept in another room. The daughter's bedroom was totally pink and everywhere was that playboy bunny. Really weird... Because she is eighteen years old. Aren't you a little too old for that, when you're eighteen?
Anyway, I wasn't allowed to bring my camera, which turned out to be a misunderstanding. My dad said I should take it with me, because it's not that expensive, but my mommy thought he said I should not.
Every morning mrs. S brought us to the meeting point where we would be picked up by 'our' bus, but in the evening we had to walk for 20 minutes to the house.
